FAFSA Completion Workshop

The Triad HS Guidance department will be hosting a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) completion workshop on Wednesday, January 13th 2016 from 6-8 pm. At this workshop, families will be able to receive assistance in completing the FAFSA and can ask any questions pertaining to their individualized FAFSA. Space is limited and families can sign up by calling the guidance department secretary, Vickie Gibson at 618-667-8851 x7125. Once you are signed up for the workshop, you will be emailed instructions on what to bring to this event.

Parents will need to bring the following information:

- Social Security Numbers

- Records of Income-income earned from work and business, child    support (paid or  received) and any other untaxed income, w-2 forms

- Information about assets-savings, certificates of deposit, stock options, bonds, 529        plans and other college savings programs, business and   farms

- Driver’s license numbers-if the student has one

- Month and year of marriage/divorce

- Alien Registration number-if the student is not US citizen
